Shipping Policy (May 26,2019)

At our network, products sold by the sellers and/or by us on our platform may attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature / category of your product, which location despatched from, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product that you see on our TV, Website or Mobile App.

The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed. If you are placing your order through our call centre, the order taker will mention the shipping charges. If it's via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart and/or payment page.

 

We know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3-5 workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Free shipping is available on selected products, subject to a minimum order value and/or availability of offer. A Non-Refundable chrge of min Rs. 10/- will be applied to all orders.
  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.


 

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website or mobile. Below are some more shipping related points:

  • Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by us and/or by the seller within 2-3 working days of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, upto 5 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured by us and/or by the seller where there is a heavy demand.
  • Orders shipout on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we and/or sellers will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies.
  • While the sellers/we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package. If you accept the order, at first it will considered that the delivered parcel was in good condition.
  • If received product is not in good condition/different item contained/expired, We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice of the seller. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may can download/print invoice from your account's order management section or can contact our support team.

 

Q. Tracking Packages
If your shipping method is trackable, you will be notified when your order is prepared for shipment. Please note packages may not be trackable via the Shipper's website at the time your are notified by email, often up to 24 hours after the email is sent. You may track your packages by logging into the account or by clicking on the link provided in your email.


Q. Handling Fees
Shipping costs for all orders include a handling fee.
Handling fees still apply when the customer uses a third-party collect shipping account.


Q. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If a buyer provides an inaccurate or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping & handling fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent. If the buyer asks that the order be refunded rather than re-sent, the refund will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
